What kind of projects do you take on?
Ventures, capital partnerships, cross-border market entry, strategic advisory and international deal structuring. I tend to work on things where geography, relationships and judgment matter more than a standard playbook.
Do you work with early-stage founders?
Yes, if the project is clear and the founder is serious. I'm more interested in what you're building and why than in how far along you are. A good early conversation is more valuable than a polished pitch at the wrong time.
What is the typical engagement structure?
It varies. Some engagements are advisory retainers, some are equity partnerships, some are one-off introductions or deal facilitation. I approach each situation individually rather than fitting it into a template.
I'm not sure if my idea is a good fit — should I still reach out?
If you're genuinely uncertain, a short message is the right move. I'd rather have a quick conversation that goes nowhere than miss something interesting because someone talked themselves out of reaching out.
What regions and markets do you actively work in?
Lithuania, Germany, Bali/Indonesia, UAE and Iraq. Each of those markets is different — the value I bring is understanding how they connect and where the real leverage is for a given project.
