Who is responsible

What this site collects

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and images load from this server only.

When you book a call, Calendly passes me the name, email address and answers you enter in the booking form. When you email me, I receive your message and address.

The web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, requested page, browser) for security and to keep the site running.

Why and on what basis

I use your booking or message only to hold the call, reply to you and prepare the work you ask about. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Server logs rest on my legitimate interest in a secure site (Article 6(1)(f)).

How long I keep it

Bookings and messages: up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless we work together and the law requires longer. Server logs: as long as the host keeps them, usually a few weeks.

Who else sees it

The site is hosted by Hostinger, a Lithuanian hosting company. Email reaches me through my mail provider. I do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

YouTube videos load only after you press play, from youtube-nocookie.com. From then on Google’s privacy policy applies.

Bookings run on Calendly (Calendly LLC, United States). This site loads nothing from Calendly until you press Book a call. From that click on, Calendly’s scheduler opens on the page, Calendly may set its own cookies, and Calendly’s privacy policy applies to what you enter. Calendly processes the booking for me and may transfer the data to the United States.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, deletion, restriction or transfer, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Write to dovydas@liaudanskas.lt.
