Career change coaching
For professionals who feel stuck, people leaving their field and adults starting over in a new country. We settle the direction first, then build the CV, the interview answers and a plan for the weeks in between.
Who I coach
Three starting points. You may recognise yourself in more than one.
Professionals who feel stuck
You do the job well and it no longer fits. Maybe the role changed, maybe you did. We work out what you want next and what the market will pay you for.
Career changers
You want out of your field and don’t know yet where to go. We sort the skills you already have into the ones a new employer pays for, and pick a first step you can take this month.
Adults starting over abroad
New country, new language, and a CV nobody there reads the way you meant it. I have coached adults starting over in Germany since 2022, so I know where this gets hard.
How it works
Strategy call
Thirty minutes by video, booked in my calendar. You tell me where you are and where you want to be. I tell you whether I can help.
Agreement
If I can, we agree in writing on the goal, the number of sessions and the price.
Sessions
One to one, by video or in Vilnius. Between sessions you do the work: research, applications, conversations. I check in when nothing moves.
What we work on
Direction and mindset come before the CV. A polished CV for the wrong job costs you months.
Direction
What fits your skills, what the job market in your country pays for, and which step comes first.
The “too late” thoughts
We take the “too old”, “too late” and “I can’t start again” thoughts one at a time and check each against the facts of your situation.
Strengths and goals
We name your strengths in words an employer recognises and turn the change into goals with dates.
CV and cover letter
Written for the country and the job you apply for, so a recruiter sees the match in seconds.
Interviews
We practise the questions you fear until the answers sound like you.
A new country’s rules
Moving? We go through how hiring works there: applications, contracts and what interviewers expect. Germany is the market I know from the inside.
Where I learned this
Since September 2022 I have worked as a career coach for International Motivation Training Deutschland, today on its “Understanding German and Work” programme. Across Germany’s career and integration programmes I have coached more than 2,000 adults starting over in Germany, many of them from Ukraine, in groups and one to one, in German and Russian.
In the course we cover how the German job market works, labour law, applications and interviews. Mindset comes first: beliefs, strengths and goals.
When groups finish, the feedback I hear most is about individual attention, a clearer plan for the next step, and not feeling alone in it. Here you get that attention one to one, built around your own goal.

From the programme
I valued the clear structure and the hands-on content. He responded to each participant individually and encouraged us to believe in our professional goals.
Thanks to the small group I received many personal recommendations. That personal approach gave me much more clarity about my next steps.
Questions before you book
How much does career change coaching cost?
It depends on the goal and the number of sessions. We agree the price in writing after the strategy call, together with the goal and the session count.
What happens on the strategy call?
You tell me what you do now, what you want to do next and what stands in the way. I tell you whether coaching fits and what we would work on first.
Do you coach online?
Yes. Sessions run by video, so you can join from any country. If you live in Vilnius, we can also meet in person.
How many sessions will I need?
We set the number together on the strategy call, based on your goal. Sharpening a CV and interview answers takes fewer sessions than a move into a new field.
Is this only for people moving to another country?
No. If you want different work in the city you live in now, the coaching runs the same way. If you are moving, we add the new country’s job market to the plan.
Which languages do you coach in?
Lithuanian, English, German and Russian.
Founder entering a new market? That is business coaching. Business coaching
Tell me the job you have and the work you want next. Thirty minutes is enough to see whether I can help.
